What North Korea really means

This North Korea business is a good way for all of us to start talking seriously about global interexchanges, trade and the role of the Internet when it comes to the world of cyberspace. First, we should keep the ‘Net away from the Cybercommand/NSA/D.O.D. apparatus! ICANN and similar private foundations aren’t enough, as well. It takes countries functioning as democracies and contributing their resources to help spread access and promote open source-safe core networking logistics and enable security as a result of that across the Internet oases of the planet.
