Blurb about local economies of scale

Median incomes in working-age households have dipped by 12.4% in America. While the “gig economy” may be here to stay, we can simultaneously work towards earning a demand-based economy where the technology does not strip occupations but enhances them with points of presence existing in virtual workplaces that pay people a living wage. To do what? To generate revenue and locally benefit others by creating something of value.
