320,000 requests last year from law enforcement for Verizon’s customer data

That’s a lot of presumed recordings of voice calls gathered from Verizon’s customer data, where the recordings are presumably then processed by police operated telephony equipment. Who says the war on drugs isn’t profitable for them and the lower courts? It’s interesting that national security was brought up in the news article..
