More trains shipping crude oil

“..The use of [trains] to ship crude oil is growing enormously, jumping from 9,500 carloads in 2008 to 234,000 carloads last year, according to the Association of American Railroads..” What about increasing the production of biofuels? I imagine that that possibility requires acknowledgement from carmakers and buyers first. If peak oil is realized and they’re still debating Keystone and then oil supply and demand starts to shift in Saudi Arabia to other countries besides the U.S., then those train cars really could be hauling something besides crude..
