I wonder why they do it.. For the student, the thrill of learning must beat the doom and gloom that’s in these economic forecasts. This is a distressing and disturbing situation. Who will these young people turn to? For some reason this really reminds me of the essence behind my evenings at the nightly Corvallis peace vigil. When I was there for antiwar reasons I remember also standing in protest for the injustice of economic inequality. As a 30s something, I’ll have to answer to these younger people who are socially and economically being left behind any day now.
